Cajun is a beautiful mare with her wonderful movement, color to burn, solid conformation and a beautiful head.   She was the fourth mini we purchased (a birthday present from my husband!), and she has blessed us with consistently wonderful foals.

We were very honored in 2006 to have Cajun selected as one of the 300 mares for the Outstanding Miniature Horse Mares, Past & Present by Pat Elder (Small Horse Press).  We were actually thrilled to have three mares this book - Chiclet & Callita were also included! 

Cajun's well known contribution is her son, Las Doradas Cajun Rhythm. He was 2004 National Grand Champion in roadster and has seven times been Reserve Grand Champion or National Champion  in a number of driving catagories in both AMHA and AMHR - he is a wonderful moving machine! 

Cajun's sire, Samis General Jazz (Crescents Bucky sired by 007 1/2 Moto) has been exported to Australia.  Her dam, Pences Tina, is in our broodmare band as well as her half sister from Tina, Wesco Farms Tricked Me Tina.

Her 2001 filly by Sugar Creek Houdini, produced a real beauty, Wesco Farms Imajica.  A repeat breeding produced our fabulous chestnut pinto filly in 2002, Wesco Farms Tangerine Traitor. (Tangerine unfortunately broker her leg in 2006 and was put down. Cajun's 2003 filly Wesco Farms the Generals Daughter by Little Kings General Buck died of complications at three days of age.
